Xianfeng Rock Drilling Machinery Ships a New Export Batch of Montabert HC95 Hydraulic Rock Drills

Shaanxi Xianfeng Rock Drilling Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. — a manufacturer and supplier specializing in rock drilling equipment and genuine replacement parts — has completed a new export batch of Montabert HC95 hydraulic rock drills (drifters) together with matched spare parts. The finished HC95 units and components are staged on timber pallets and secured in heavy-duty wooden crates, ready for shipment to mining, tunnelling, quarrying and construction customers worldwide.

Established in 2020 and headquartered in Shaanxi, China, Xianfeng focuses on the R&D, production and supply of rock drilling equipment. Serving global markets with 70%–80% of its output exported, the company has become a dependable one-stop partner for buyers who need reliable Montabert rock drills and high-quality spare parts.

The Montabert HC95 Rock Drill

The HC95 is a benchmark hydraulic drifter from the renowned Montabert HC series, engineered for hard-rock drilling in mining and tunnelling. The version we supply — a green HC95 drifter weighing 180 kg with T45 mounting — is built for long-hole, high-cycle operation, where reliability and penetration rate decide project economics.

Product Highlights

• Energy recovery valve — recycles piston rebound energy for the next blow, delivering higher efficiency and eliminating internal peak pressure spikes.
• New-generation stainless-steel front guide — reduces maintenance cost, simplifies assembly and disassembly and extends service life.
• High-energy piston — developed specifically for long-hole drilling, providing superior drilling performance in hard rock.
• High-torque rotation — ideal for foundation piles, anchor-bolt drilling, deep boreholes and other demanding applications.
• Complete HC95 series — HC95, HC95LQ and HC95LM drifters, plus the full range of HC95 / HC50 / HC28 / HC109 spare parts.

Genuine-Quality Spare Parts Support

Every HC95 drifter is backed by a deep inventory of replacement parts, including:

• Cylinder 86746898 — the core pressure chamber of the HC95 drifter.
• Front Guide 101015632 and Flange 101015634 — precise alignment for the drill shank.
• Strike / impact pistons, guiding rings, covers and valves (e.g., 101015617).
• Gears, hydraulic motors and shank-rotation drives for HC95, HC50 and HC28 units.

Export-Ready Packaging and Logistics

Heavy rock drills demand heavy-duty protection. Each HC95 unit and component is wrapped against moisture, bolted to timber pallets and enclosed in engineered wooden crates built to survive long ocean freight and rough inland handling. Marked and numbered clearly, the crates allow fast customs clearance and safe unloading at destination — one reason Xianfeng equipment reaches customers in Africa, Southeast Asia, South America and the Middle East in perfect condition.
